The flat surface of this cover takes up less room than a hood and makes it more convenient to store and transport. While cooking up a delectable feast on your Blackstone griddle, easily hang this cover on the backside railing with the hooks on the inside of the cover. This will give you a place to store it while cooking without taking up any of your prep space. In this position, the hard cover can also double as a splashguard and smokescreen. Once you're done cooking, make sure to let your griddle cool down before putting the cover back on to protect from dust, bugs, and more.
